Technical Support

In general, we do our absolute best to provide technical support for the products that we sell at no charge to our customers. 

We do not support networking devices or configuration for products that we do not directly sell.  If you would like help configuring your router or network, you will need to purchase your networking products from us.  We are unable to support the thousands of different devices manufactured by hundreds of different companies, each with potentially different configuration settings.  For excellent network configuration resources, please visit www.portforward.com.

As a tool to make our support sessions faster and more productive, we often schedule Webex online meetings. This allows us to view your desktop and control your mouse securely, and without you sharing your passwords or logon information with us.  In this way we are often able to show our customers exactly where their problems are, and directly configure their equipment and resolve their problem.  Webex sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  If you are interested in scheduling a Webex session with customer service, please send a request describing your problem to webex@apexcctv.com.
