We do not support networking devices or configuration for products that we do not directly
sell. If you would like help configuring your router or network, you will
need to purchase your networking products from us. We are unable to support
the thousands of different devices manufactured by hundreds of different companies,

As a tool to make our support sessions faster and more productive, we often schedule
Webex online meetings. This allows us to view your
desktop and control your mouse securely, and without you sharing your passwords or logon
information with us. In this way we are often able to show our customers exactly
where their problems are, and directly configure their equipment and resolve their
problem. Webex sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
