Our warranty covers one year parts and labor for all parts that we sell, with the exception of GeoVision capture cards. GeoVision extends a factory direct warranty that is valid three years from the date of purchase.
While we will glady incur the cost of shipping a repaired or replaced product back to you (ground only) our warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of shipping the product back to us for repair or replacement. We also do not re-imburse customers for original shipping charges incurred when ordering the product, regardless of the shipping method selected.
